How It Works

  1. You complete our Profile Questionnaire (link). We’ll ask you things like:
    • Do you prefer major tourist attractions or off-the-beaten path locations? Or both?
    • Are you traveling with children or that special someone? Or both?
    • Are you budget conscious or is money no option?
  2. We’ll then develop an itinerary made just for you. A proposed preliminary itinerary will arrive within 48 hours via email.
  3. You’ll have 48 hours to contact us to make any requested changes to the itinerary. Once your itinerary is finalized, any further changes will be subject to a change fee*.
  4. We’ll then send you an order form comprised of all the costs associated with your itinerary. The Tailored Traveler offers our complete Tailored Concierge service. This service allows us to book and fulfill all aspects of your itinerary for an additional $15 fee per itinerary day + the cost of all tickets. You don’t have to worry about buying tickets or making restaurant reservations, or expensive rates. The Tailored Traveler gets all the best discounts to all your favorite events. You are under no obligation to book our Tailored Concierge Service.
  5. We’ll mail a final copy of your itinerary, along with all supporting information including tickets, reservation information, etc to your home address.
  6. One week prior to your arrival, a member of our staff will call you to review your itinerary and answer any questions you might have.
  7. All Sales are Final.

What You'll Get

All itineraries include:

  • Contact details.
  • Map location for specific sites.
  • General information on the experience that awaits you.
  • Any discounts or special offers being provided just to Tailored Traveler customers.
  • Reservation times
  • Alternative suggestions if you wish to make a last minute change to your plans.

Also included:

  • A daily pocket itinerary for you to take on the go (if finalized 72 hours before arrival time).
  • Coupons (if applicable) for planned attractions.
  • Tickets (if applicable) to shows or events.
  • Maps.

What it Costs:

  • 25 per day for The Tailored Traveler Itinerary
  • $15 per day for the Tailored Concierge Service
